- Profile preferences: gender, dating preferences, target dating app, and goals you select during onboarding
- Photos: the dating profile photos you upload for analysisInformation collected automatically:
- Usage data: screens viewed, features used, taps, session duration
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone
- Crash and performance data
- Subscription status and purchase history (received from Apple via RevenueCat)We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or browsing activity outside the App.## 2. How We Use Your InformationWe use your information to:
- Provide photo analysis through our AI service
- Personalize your results based on your profile preferences
- Manage your account and subscription
- Improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features
- Send important service messages (such as subscription changes)
- Comply with legal obligationsWe do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos to train AI models.## 3. How Your Photos Are ProcessedWhen you upload photos for analysis:
- Photos are stored securely on encrypted cloud servers
- Photos are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your photo analysis
- OpenAI does not retain or train on data sent through their API, per their data processing policy
- Photos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after upload
- You may delete your photos and account at any time from the Settings screen## 4. Service ProvidersWe share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the App:
- Apple — authentication, payments, app distribution
- OpenAI — photo analysis (photos are sent for processing and not retained by OpenAI)
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Replit — application hosting and database
- PostHog — product analytics
- Sentry — crash and error reportingEach provider is contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we authorize.## 5. Data Retention- Photos: automatically deleted 30 days after upload
- Account and scan history: retained until you delete your account
- Analytics and crash logs: up to 12 months
- Subscription records: retained as long as required by applicable law## 6. Your RightsDepending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for processing
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Receive a portable copy of your information

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.## 9. International UsersThe App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.## 10. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhotoRizz mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by PlayMo LLC ("we," "us," or "our").By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.## 1. EligibilityYou must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.## 2. Your AccountYou sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.## 3. Subscriptions and PurchasesThe App offers in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions:- Weekly Subscription — billed weekly, includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Annual Subscription — billed annually
- One-time Scan — single non-recurring purchaseAuto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.Free trial: If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged for the subscription. You can cancel at any time during the trial.Managing your subscription: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. How the App WorksPhotoRizz uses AI to analyze photos you upload and provide feedback on photo composition, lighting, quality, and suitability for dating profiles. The analysis includes scores and recommendations across four dimensions: Attractiveness, Vibe, Photo Quality, and Match Potential.Important disclaimers:- The App provides photo composition coaching for educational and entertainment purposes
- Scores are generated by AI based on photo characteristics and general dating app trends; they are not personal judgments and do not reflect your value as a person
- Results are not guaranteed and do not predict actual dating outcomes or match rates
- The App is not a substitute for professional photography, styling, or relationship advice## 5. Your ContentYou retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze them solely to provide the App's services. We do not use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose other than providing you with analysis.You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use every photo you upload
- Your photos do not contain illegal content, nudity, or images of others without their consent
- Your photos do not violate any third party's rightsWe may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.## 6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload photos of minors in any romantic or dating context
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Upload sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its analysis output
- Interfere with the App's security or operation
- Use the App in any way that could harm us, other users, or any third partyWe may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.## 7. Intellectual PropertyThe App, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by PlayMo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.## 8. TerminationYou may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, but any provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.## 9. DisclaimersTHE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYMO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.## 11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayMo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the App, or your content.## 12. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.If you live in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply to the extent required.## 13. Apple-Required TermsYou acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PlayMo LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.## 14. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you through the App.## 15.
